All experts! what tech stacks do you use to develop industrial management systems such as ERP, MES, WMS and so on?

Our company mainly uses Java for developing industrial management systems such as ERP, MES, and WMS, with a small number of systems built on C#.

I am just curious about what tech stacks teams from other countries and regions are using for similar industrial-grade systems.

Our manager has suggested adopting newer technologies in future development, such as Go, Rust, or Python, for the sake of technological advancement.

However, based on my research and practical project experience, Java already satisfies most of our functional requirements, performance requirements, stability, and ecosystem support in industrial scenarios.
