This Intellectual Property Policy explains how copyright and related intellectual property rights are handled on INDUSTQA, an online question‑and‑answer and knowledge‑sharing platform operated by Tianjin MXK Intelligent Tech Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. By using INDUSTQA, you agree to comply with this Copyright Policy.
1. Ownership of Content
1.1 INDUSTQA Content
Unless otherwise indicated, the overall design, layout, software, branding, and original content provided by INDUSTQA (excluding User Content defined below) are owned by or licensed to Tianjin MXK Intelligent Tech Co., Ltd. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may access and use this content solely for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with our Terms of Use. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or other use of our content is prohibited unless you have obtained our prior written consent.
1.2 User Content
“User Content” means any content you submit, upload, post, or otherwise provide through the Services, including but not limited to:
- Questions and answers;
- Comments and discussions;
- Articles, posts, and technical notes;
- Code snippets, configuration files, formulas, drawings, diagrams, documents, and images;
- Profile information and any other contributions you make.
Subject to the license granted to us under Section 2, you retain any copyright and other intellectual property rights that you already hold in your User Content.
2. License You Grant to INDUSTQA
By submitting or posting User Content on INDUSTQA, you grant Tianjin MXK Intelligent Tech Co., Ltd. and INDUSTQA a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, transferable, sublicensable license to:
- Use, host, store, cache, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and create derivative works of your User Content;
- In any media formats and through any media channels now known or later developed;
- For the purpose of operating, improving, promoting, and providing the Services, including indexing, search, recommendations, notifications, emails, and related features.
Where permitted by applicable law, this license continues for as long as your User Content is protected by intellectual property rights or until it is removed from the Services, subject to technical and legal limitations (for example, cached or archived copies).
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights (including licenses and permissions from employers, co‑authors, or other rights holders) to grant this license.
3. Public Nature of User Content
INDUSTQA is designed as a public knowledge‑sharing platform for manufacturing and smart industry. Therefore:
- Most User Content (including questions, answers, and many types of posts) is publicly visible and may be indexed by search engines;
- Other users, and in some cases third parties, may view, quote, reference, link to, or otherwise interact with your User Content;
- You should not submit any content that you do not wish to make publicly available, unless a specific feature clearly indicates otherwise (for example, certain private messages or restricted content areas).
You are solely responsible for:
- Removing or editing your User Content if you no longer wish it to be publicly visible (within the options and technical capabilities provided by the platform);
- Ensuring that you do not include trade secrets, confidential information, or export‑controlled data (see also our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy).
4. Industrial and Confidential Information
Although INDUSTQA focuses on manufacturing and smart industry, it is not intended for the disclosure of:
- Classified, export‑controlled, or legally restricted technical data;
- Highly confidential manufacturing process details, proprietary designs, or source code that your organization considers sensitive;
- Information covered by nondisclosure agreements or internal company policies.
Publishing such information on INDUSTQA may violate your contractual obligations or applicable laws. You are fully responsible for any such disclosures.
If you accidentally publish confidential or sensitive information, you should promptly:
- Remove or modify the relevant User Content (where possible); and
- Contact us using the details in the “Contact Us” section so that we can provide reasonable assistance, for example by removing or disabling access to the content on our platform.
Please note that we cannot guarantee removal from third‑party caches, archives, or screenshots outside our control.
5. Use of User Content by Other Users
5.1 Viewing and Referencing
Other INDUSTQA users may:
- View your public User Content;
- Quote or reference it in their own posts, answers, or external documents;
- Use it as inspiration or guidance for their own work, provided they comply with applicable law and any license terms that you clearly specify (if any).
5.2 No Automatic Commercial License Between Users
Except for what is reasonably necessary to use INDUSTQA in accordance with our Terms and Policies, we do not automatically grant other users a commercial license to your User Content.
If you wish to make your User Content available under a specific open source or open content license (for example, MIT, Apache‑2.0, or certain Creative Commons licenses), you should:
- Clearly state the license terms within your post or attached file; and
- Ensure that you have the authority to apply that license to the content.
We are not responsible for enforcing or interpreting license terms between users, but we may respond to valid legal notices or complaints as described below.
6. Respecting the Rights of Others
You must respect the copyright and other intellectual property rights of others when using INDUSTQA. In particular, you agree not to:
- Copy and post large portions of third‑party materials (such as textbooks, standards, manuals, or proprietary documentation) without permission;
- Upload software, firmware, CAD files, images, or documentation that you are not authorized to distribute;
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices from content you do not own;
- Misrepresent another person’s work as your own.
When you quote or reference third‑party material, you should:
- Use only the amount necessary to make your point;
- Provide clear attribution (source, author, and, where applicable, a link);
- Check whether your use is permitted under applicable law (such as fair use or similar concepts, where they exist).
7. Reporting Alleged Copyright Infringement
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that content available on INDUSTQA infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a written notice to us.
To help us process your request efficiently, your notice should include at least the following information:
- Your contact information
- Full name;
- Organization (if applicable);
- Mailing address;
- Telephone number;
- Email address.
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
- If multiple works are involved, a representative list or description.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material
- The URL(s) or specific location(s) on INDUSTQA where the material is located;
- Sufficient information to allow us to locate the content.
- A statement of good‑faith belief
- A statement that you have a good‑faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement of accuracy and authority
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate;
- A statement that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Signature
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

8. Counter‑Notification (If Applicable)
If you are a user whose content has been removed or disabled as a result of a copyright complaint, and you believe that your content was removed in error or that you have the right to use the material, you may submit a counter‑notification.
Your counter‑notification should include:
- Your contact information
- Full name;
- Organization (if applicable);
- Mailing address;
- Telephone number;
- Email address.
- Identification of the removed material
- A description of the content that was removed or to which access was disabled;
- The location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled (URL or similar).
- A statement of good‑faith belief
- A statement that you have a good‑faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, or that you have the necessary rights to use the material.
- A statement of accuracy and consent to jurisdiction
- A statement that the information in your counter‑notification is accurate;
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tianjin, China, or another applicable jurisdiction as required by law.

We will review your counter‑notification and, where appropriate and in accordance with applicable law, may restore the content or take other appropriate action. Please note that we may share your counter‑notification (including your contact information) with the original complainant or relevant authorities as required.
9. Repeat Infringers
Where permitted by applicable law and in appropriate circumstances, we may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights, or who repeatedly upload infringing content.
We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for a single serious violation.
10. Changes to This Copyright Policy
We may update this Copyright Policy from time to time to reflect changes in:
- Our Services or business practices;
- Applicable laws and regulations; or
- Our approach to intellectual property management.
When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the “Last updated” date at the top of this Policy; and/or
- Provide additional notice within the Services (for example, by displaying a banner or sending an email).
Your continued use of the Services after changes to this Copyright Policy become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Services and, where applicable, remove your User Content.
